Mr. Topman Ngonyama – CEO
A seasoned geologist with over 20 years of extensive mineral exploration experience, Mr. Ngonyama brings a remarkable wealth of expertise in managing diverse exploration programs across the African continent.
His unconventional and innovative entrepreneurial approach has consistently led to the successful execution of numerous multi-commodity projects, including significant resource developments in nickel, chrome, and gold.
Under his visionary leadership, Misava is strategically positioned for sustained growth and innovation in the ever-evolving critical minerals sector, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
Nthabeleng Ledwaba – Director
Nthabeleng is a mining engineer, with decades of experience working on various open cast and underground mines in South Africa and Canada. She worked as a Project Development Mining Engineer responsible for the development of a 2,3 Billion Ton Coal Resource an Iron Ore asset. She is the CEO at Ntonga Group, a diversified Pan-African group of companies with interests in Agriculture, Infrastructure, Logistics, and Energy. In her role at Ntonga, she has lead initiatives in assisting emerging miners in SADC and advised on mineral resource development strategies on the African continent.
Mothupi Modiba – Director
Mothupi Modiba is the CEO of Kaborona Investments, a private equity company with interests in the mining, property and tech industries.
He holds a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Inclusive Innovation from the UCT Graduate School of Business, an MBA from Henley Business School, a Professional Certificate in Public Management (PCPM) from the Wits School of Governance, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of South Africa (Unisa).
